My curiosity to understand the human body and psyche led me to my path to become a yoga and meditation teacher, and later to study mindfulness coaching and trauma therapy. Trauma therapy training with the NeuroSystemics, which is a groundbreaking approach to psychotherapy, and which represents a paradigm shift in psychotherapy has been life altering for me. It’s simple and accessible, I’m looking forward to facilitating sessions for you to experience so! I’m certificated by USABP (United States Association for Body Psychotherapy) and I’m in process “Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie” (Germany Licensed Therapist).
I have graduated with a masters degree in Media Sociology which altered my world view, because I cultivated skills for critical discourse analysis through my academic studies. I worked in corporate environments for multiple years as an editor, later noticing that the office environment wasn’t for me, For 10 years now I’ve been working as a freelance yoga and meditation teacher. It’s been a bumpy road to let go of the expectations of the society and find my own authentic way to engage with the society as a neurodiverse person.
In NeuroSystemics approach, we call group therapy sessions Resiliency Circles. I’ve been receiving Resiliency Circles which have transformed my frustration of feeling different and not being part of the society. Now I’m accepting of my neurodiversity and thriving for settling in my position in society as a psychotherapist. Therefore, I’m enthusiastic about sharing this therapeutic approach with you and making it possible for you to experience nervous system resiliency, empowerment, agency to act and find ease in your authentic being.
The more we become aware of our nervous system functioning individually, the stronger our social relationships and capacities for co-regulation become. We can together enable more inclusive and diverse groups, work spaces and society at large!
