✨ A gentle space to reconnect, regulate, and reset.
In the winter of the first pandemic year, I found myself in deep overwhelm—completely alone and unsure how to handle it all. That experience led me to trauma work and the science of the nervous system. I discovered something vital: our systems have an inherent, self-organizing drive toward healing.
Since then, spreading nervous system awareness has become one of my greatest passions.
This 2-hour in-person workshop offers a slow-paced, trauma-informed space to explore regulation, connection, and inner resilience. We will co-create an environment that feels safe enough—where nothing needs to be forced or performed.
✨ What to expect?
We’ll gently blend theory with embodied experience:
- Orientation practices to arrive and settle
- The basics of Polyvagal Theory
- The science of safety and how we lose or regain it
- Gentle, playful movement
- Tuning into your nervous system
- Exploring self-regulation & co-regulation
- Reflections and everyday integration tools
✨ This workshop is for you if:
- You’re curious about the nervous system and trauma-informed approaches
- You’re navigating stress, burnout, or depressive tendencies
- You want to improve your sleep or experience deep rest
- You identify as neurodivergent and feel the strain of being misunderstood
- You’re interested in personal growth through body-based, bottom-up modalities
- You crave more ease, clarity, and emotional resilience in everyday life
✨ What you’ll take with you
- Understand how your nervous system works—and why it matters
- Discover how to support self-regulation
- Discover co-regulation and the power of relational safety
- Deepen your capacity to meet anxiety, fear, or grief with compassion
- Reignite your sense of creativity, aliveness, and flow
- Experience grounded presence
- You’ll leave with new awareness, felt experiences, and accessible tools to bring nervous system care into daily life
