Join us to explore ways in which you can improve your personal and relational wellbeing in a nervous system informed and interactive workshop series combined with a process group experience!
A workshop of self-discovery and connection… This event is about getting to know your nervous system and making sense of your meditation practice in order for you to nurture your mind and body in your relation to yourself and within your relational life. If you want to tap into what it really means to be you and cultivate nervous system resiliency gradually and sustainably, you’re in the right place! Through these 8 weeks workshop series you will learn how your nervous system functions, what the crossings of the nervous system science and Buddhist psychology are, what self-regulation and co-regulation mean and eventually how your personal wellbeing serves in your everyday relationships.
Target group
This series is aimed for individuals, team leaders, teachers, parents and anyone interested in understanding the nervous system functioning better and getting better at everyday relationships.
Come and embark on this journey towards embodied wellbeing with us!
What to expect?
Each session will include information, journaling, meditating, moving, sounding and as well group processes. So it’s not only a series of informative workshops, but it’s an embodied informative group process work and a relational space where we would as well tap into the realms of relational trauma.
How will you benefit from this workshop series?
- Understanding your nervous system functioning better
- Using meditative practices as tools for self-regulation
- Learning to tune in with yourself for preventing stress and burnout
- Taking care of yourself better
- Getting better in relation to others
- Being at ease in everyday difficulties with yourself and others
- Gaining agency for taking action for your own
- Cultivating a level of nervous system resiliency
- Unblocking creative potentials
Somehow separating events maybe with a different background color would be good, so it’s easy to understand.
2 – Training: Nervous System Informed Facilitator Training
Co-facilitated with Arzu Cohen.
Target group: Teachers, caregivers, doctors, nurses, NGOs, yoga teachers and therapists.
This training is in process of being built by me and Arzu. Arzu is a trauma informed yoga teacher who lives in Seattle and works passionately with people with diverse backgrounds. When we found out about our passion for mental well being and becoming better humans individually and moving towards a better society we dedicated our time to create training for teachers, caregivers, doctors, nurses, ngo’s, yoga teachers and therapists, people who touch our lives and our children’s lives… We are very enthusiastic about creating trauma informed approaches and share it with masses of people.
Stay in tune with us to learn more details about this upcoming online training.
Please contact me for custom-made workshop and training options and for further questions.
We want to contribute to the vision of us taking better care of ourselves and learning to do this at a nervous system level. When we take one step towards this vision, we’re one step closer to experiencing healthier and more balanced connections with ourselves and others in our everyday lives, and a healthier society at large.
We are happy to make the next step with you on the way to this vision!
