Resiliency Circle

Notice: Before joining the group, a short pre-interview will be held to define goals, intentions and expectations. After your registration, an appointment will be decided together.

What is a Resiliency Circle?

  • A transformative group practice: It’s nervous system oriented, and designed to help you cultivate mind-body balance, emotional strength.
  • Cutting-edge methodology: Using somatic and mindfulness-based techniques rooted in the NeuroSystemics approach, it supports you in building the resilience you need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
  • Manage conflict gracefully: Experience and integrate a sense of belonging within a group, healthily differentiate from one another, and manage conflict.
  • A safe container: Through the deliberate safe container practice new ways to connect and relate, which leads you to change your behaviour also outside the circle.
  • Thrive together: A compassionate space to grow, heal, and thrive with like-minded people.
  • Self-regulation and co-regulation: Experience what it means to regulate together within a group experience and how to bring that into your everyday experience to self-regulate.

  • You’re stressed, you’re noticing signs of burnout and low sleep quality.
  • You’re interested in understanding your relational patterns better.
  • You’re experiencing difficulties in family, intimate or work relationships, and you want learn and embody new ways to relate.

About the Facilitators

Bihter Kartheuser, MA, ICF, NSP

Mindfulness & Nervous System Coach

Bihter is a world citizen with a multidisciplinary background and a passion for exploring the complexities of being human. With over a decade of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness, her curiosity about the human body and psyche led her to specialize in trauma therapy. Drawn to the transformative power of the NeuroSystemics approach, Bihter completed a three-year training and is now engaged in clinical training with the NeuroSystemics. Her personal journey through body-psychotherapy and resiliency circles has been life-changing, and fueling her enthusiasm to share this therapeutic approach with others. She envisions helping more people to cultivate nervous system resiliency, empowerment, and the agency for contributing  to create  a healthier and happier society.

Monica Antunes, PhD, MAS, MSc

Mindfulness Trainer & NeuroSystemics Practitioner

Mindfulness Trainer & NeuroSystemics Practitioner 

Monica Antunes is a dedicated NeuroSystemics Practitioner and Mindfulness trainer  with over 16 years of experience working with individuals, groups, and communities to foster resilience and well-being. She completed the NeuroSystemics CARE Training, a cutting-edge 400-hour bio-psychosocial approach to developing resilience at personal, relational, and societal levels.

Monica received her formal mindfulness training at Bangor University (UK) and leads transformative experiences that help individuals heal, and thrive in both their personal and professional lives. Her methodologies are grounded in both experiential wisdom and robust scientific foundations from prestigious institutions, including a masters in Health and Nutrition from ETH Zurich (Switzerland) and a PhD from the  University of Manchester (UK). Monica is also actively involved in medical research, bringing a unique blend of scientific rigor and holistic practices to her work.

Stephanie Schöberle

Resiliency & Empowerment Coach

A world citizen at heart, Stephanie has lived in Germany, Switzerland, and the United States and has traveled to every continent except Antarctica. This global perspective, combined with her passion for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, informs her compassionate and inclusive approach to coaching. She is certified in Mediation and Victim-Offender Reconciliation, completed a three-year training in NeuroSystemics, and is currently pursuing clinical training to deepen her expertise. Her qualifications are complemented by her certification as a yoga teacher, reflecting her innate curiosity about the interrelation of the human body and psyche.
