What is a Resiliency Circle?

The Resiliency Circle is a transformative group practice which is nervous system oriented, and designed to help you cultivate mind-body balance, emotional strength, and a sense of belonging. Using somatic and mindfulness-based techniques rooted in the NeuroSystemics approach, resiliency circle supports you in building the resilience you need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

The purpose of an RC is for you to experience and integrate a sense of belonging within a group, healthily differentiate from one another, and manage conflict. Through the new relating experiences you taste within the safe enough container of a resiliency circle, new ways to connect and relate with others also outside of the group becomes possible.

Who is it for?

Open to everyone, whether you’re looking to reduce stress, work with relational trauma, find a greater sense of well-being within groups; you’re interested in better understanding your relational patterns or you’re experiencing difficulties in family, intimate or work relationships; you will find a compassionate space to grow, heal, and thrive with these weekly circles.

Why Join?

  • Body-mind balance: Learn to regulate your nervous system, and foster emotional stability and co-regulate with others.
  • Confidence & emotional strength: Connect deeply and increase ease and confidence in being in groups.
  • A sense of belonging: Thrive mindfully with others in the group.
  • Capacity to hold & resolve conflicts: While hearing the other, assert boundaries and express needs.
  • Find ease with chronic stress, anxiety, depression and addiction.

What to expect?

An enjoyable relational space held by two facilitators, weekly gatherings for 8 weeks. A  circle of like-minded individuals in a nurturing space to explore, grow, and heal together.
