Join an 8 weeks Resiliency Circle starting on October 3rd!
What is a Resiliency Circle?
The Resiliency Circle is a transformative group practice designed to help you cultivate inner balance, emotional strength, and a sense of belonging. Using cutting-edge somatic and mindfulness-based techniques rooted in the NeuroSystemics approach, this circle will support you in building the resilience you need to navigate life’s challenges with grace and confidence.
The purpose of an RC is primarily for participants to experience and integrate a sense of belonging by including the missing and often alienated aspects of their being. The new relating experiences offer new ways to connect with others also outside of the group.
Who is it for?
Open to everyone, whether you’re looking to reduce stress, heal from relational trauma, or simply find a greater sense of well-being within groups. Anyone who is interested in better understanding their relational patterns or is experiencing difficulties in family, intimate or work relationships will find a compassionate space to grow, heal, and thrive.
Why Join?
