Nervous System Reset & Ambient Sound Bath

Book here!

Saturday, July 5th, at 15.00-17.30, at Kore Studio, Sophienstraße 23 10178 Mitte, Berlin

Befriend your nervous system through an embodied experience of the Polyvagal Theory, dive into a sensory journey of an ambient sound bath!

Join us Saturday July 5 at Soulcollective Pop-Up Space, Berlin/Mitte for a special sensory reset doubleheader. We are pairing a somatic tools workshop from Bihter Kartheuser and a soundbath from live ambient performer, George Upton aka Ambisolace to create a unique space to tune in and open up.

What we’re offering

In this 2,5-hour workshop, we will co-create a space that feels safe enough for each of us—a space for slow-paced exploration rather than a definitive one. After some foundational nervous system practices, we’ll discuss the theory behind them, move our bodies, invite in a sense of playfulness, dive a bit deeper into the concepts, after reflection and idea exchange, we’ll close the space with an hour of an ambient sound bath with beloved George Upton aka Ambisolace.

We’ll be carrying the explorative quality we have discovered during the workshop into the ambient sound bath and tune into the sensory journey of sound. You’ll leave with an embodied understnading of how your nervous system functions and a taste of sensory experience.
